Need to hide RHEL 8 Server kickstart repo during enablement, like we did for 6Server and 7Server kickstart repos.

Description of problem:

While enabling RHEL 6 and RHEL 7 kickstart repositories we just see minor version repos available. We can not see 6Server and 7Server kickstart repos as we have purposefully hide them. This activity was done as a part of https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/8668 & https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/12534

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Content -> Red Hat Repositories
2. Search for RHEL 8 kickstart repositories
3.

Actual results:
For RHEL 8 we see below set of kickstart repositories:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 for x86_64 - AppStream Kickstart x86_64 8
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 for x86_64 - AppStream Kickstart x86_64 8.0

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 for x86_64 - BaseOS Kickstart x86_64 8
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 for x86_64 - BaseOS Kickstart x86_64 8.0

Expected results:

We should be able to see only below repos for RHEL 8 kickstart:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 for x86_64 - AppStream Kickstart x86_64 8.0
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 for x86_64 - BaseOS Kickstart x86_64 8.0

We should hide below set of kickstart repos:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 for x86_64 - AppStream Kickstart x86_64 8
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 for x86_64 - BaseOS Kickstart x86_64 8

Additional info:
Having 2 kickstart repos for RHEL 8 create confusion so this should be done as soon as possible.
