Killed Tasks run forever

Description

When a task process is killed forcefully, for example the clerey process of a sync task due to OOM, the task continues to show up as running.

Instead it should enter a failed state.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a Product sync
2. kill -9 the celery process
3. Check Task status in Monitor -> Tasks

By "task" you mean task in Foreman/Katello or in Pulp?

By Task I mean what is shown in Monitoring -> Tasks
