I followed the quickstart document to install foreman on RHEL7 (using foreman-installer).

After installing the "ntp" module, I looked on the "Classes" page and realized there is no "import" button. To make matters worse, internet searches made me think I needed to add a smart proxy. Attempting to add one in the web interface resulted in an error that it was already defined (even though no proxies were listed in the interface)

After much fiddling I finally determined that the "Organization" and "Location" pulldowns MUST be changed from the default setting of "Default Organization" and "Default Location" to "Any Organization" and "Any Location", or it will be impossible to complete the remaining steps in the Quickstart document (https://theforeman.org/manuals/1.22/index.html#2.Quickstart)
