Description of problem:
When we config "http proxy" and "ignore proxy" in the Sat UI virt-who configuration:
"HTTP Proxy" shows "Foreman Virt Who Configure/Config|Capsule" in the Overview,
"Ignore Proxy" shows "Foreman Virt Who Configure/Config|No Capsule" in the Overview.

It's hard for users to understand it, so advise that the project name in the Overview should be the same as that in the Edit interface
