Description

Discovery image (node) checks all facts every 30 seconds and if there was a change it will reupload this to Foreman.

However there can be a custom fact, new fact or bug in facter causing unique fact value every run. This can easily lead to uploading facts of all discovered hosts every 30 seconds leading to DDoS attack or causing rediscovery of hosts which are in process of provisioning.
