Description

1. Register a system with an applicable erratum which only updates a package (no new packages)
2. Apply the erratum using katello-agent

Actual:

The task succeeds in updating the package on the system, but the output is "No new packages installed" (see screenshot)

Expected:

The task succeeds in updating the package on the system, and the output is "1 package updated"

This may seem trivial, but when the user sees "No new packages installed" it feels like "Nothing happened" when in reality, a critical security patch may have been applied!
