Remove checkmark column from add subscriptions page
Description
On the Add Subscriptions page (subscriptions/add), the user has to type the quantity for each subscription in the Quantity to Allocate column. Each row also has a checkbox by which you may select the row. But selecting the row has no purpose, as there are no actions you can perform on a row. The checkbox column should either be removed or it should fill in a quantity when checked.

Also adding padding around the Submit and Cancel buttons would be good here while we're at it.

After speaking with Rox we are good to remove this redundant checkbox. Please also add some padding around the submit/cancel buttons while you're working on this ;)
