Remove checkmark column from add subscriptions page

Description

On the Add Subscriptions page (subscriptions/add), the user has to type the quantity for each subscription in the Quantity to Allocate column. Each row also has a checkbox by which you may select the row. But selecting the row has no purpose, as there are no actions you can perform on a row. The checkbox column should either be removed or it should fill in a quantity when checked.
