Description

When syncing a repo with pulp3, the progress report shows something like this:

Total tasks: : 40559/50674
--------------------------------
Parsed Erratum: 4001/4001
Associating Content: 20150/20150
Downloading Metadata Files: 5/5
Parsed Packages: 16401/26516
Downloading Artifacts: 2/2

This ordering isn't consistent, which means that the display can jump around quite a bit.
