This would be great, even if it's just a small section. I'd suggest adding something in the general section to complement the web interface chapter.
https://github.com/theforeman/theforeman.org is where to start, run "rake server" to test everything locally on port 4000. Add sections under manuals/1.3/index.md, then add your sections to _includes/manuals/1.3. I recommend submitting smaller PRs often, e.g. a section at a time, then it's easy and quick to merge and we get new content on the website instantly.
