Cloned from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1739074

The Insights Ansible role [1] has been updated to better align with the new version of the Insights client

(redhat-access-insights -> insights-client).

The role is bundled in Satellite via an RPM and needs to be updated to version 1.7.1
