Description

When trying to create a VMware host an unclear error emerged if there is no chosen cluster.

The error is:
Failed to create a compute vmware (VMware) instance jenny-scites.redhat.tlv.com: undefined method `resourcePool' for #<RbVmomi::VIM::Folder:0x00007f8ecb26c418>

The error should be something like:
Invalid cluster, cluster can't be blank
