Description of problem:
Add task count on the recurring logic page, helpful for the user to navigate to foreman task to see the status.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a Sync Plan
2.Navigate to a Recurring Logic page for that sync plan
3.

Actual results:
Currently, we are nos showing task count

Expected results:
We can show task count link on a recurring logic page, same exist on https://<host>/foreman_tasks/recurring_logics page
