Description
There seems to be on of 2 different issues here:
1. the list is not loaded once with the erb template
OR
2. the list once loaded by XHR appends instead of replacing the original task list element

Let's take a look and see if this is a problem in 3.14 as well.

I found it while testing on a katello 3.14 production VM.

This defect appears to be related to missing task ids in the search results, which is likely resolved by https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/28634

This is scheduled to be fixed after foreman-tasks v1.0.1 is released.
