So it seems something that have change between the current (november) version and the version from July.

The correct advice would be to wait until Katello 3.14.1 is available (probably a few weeks) but we would appreciate your testing if you are willing to do so.
You can simply patch the files in app/ based on the linked pull request. Of course, while the risk is small, you should take a backup of your Foreman server before doing so. You'll need to restart the httpd service for the change to take effect after you modify the files as well. Let me know if your host registration succeeds or not.

Thanks for that it's now working just fine i've used the one from the pull request 8501 which use OracleLinux instead of just Oracle.
