This line in the link above shows that only the service redis is handled, but not rh-redis5-redis. This is causing redis to not be restarted in a Production Pulp 3 environment.

Fixes #28673 - Add SCL redis service name

In production we will use redis from the Red Hat SCL. This commit adds this to the pulp3 feature along with the standard redis service. The "redis" service is still useful when restarting services in development environments.
