Description

When pulp3 is handling docker content on the main katello server, proxies should sync via :443, not :5000

But currently it fails with: # Error: DKR1007: Could not fetch repository test_organization-test_product-fedorassh from registry https://pipeline-katello-server-nightly-centos7.n17.example.com:5000 - NOT FOUND
