[UI] Filter template sync results based on status

Description

We currently show sync result for each template we tried to import/export. These results can be error/warning/ok indicated by the leftmost icon. It would be nice if we had ability to filter results based on status.
We could have a dropdown above the result list with options for all, error only, warning only and ok only results that would act as a results filter.

We may add filtering on additional template attributes as the linked BZ suggests.
