Hi,

As discussed on FOSDEM I reported a bug which can be reproduced with the following steps once logged in foreman:

1. Navigate to Monitor -> Config Management. (The page goes to ${foreman_url}/config_reports?search=eventful+%3D+true for a second and it redirects back to ${foreman_url}/config_reports)
2. Navigate again to Monitor -> Config Management. (The page goes to ${foreman_url}/config_reports?search=eventful+%3D+true and stays this time but the content is not the eventful catalogs)
3. Refresh the page (F5)/(Cmd+R). (At this step now the eventful catalogs are properly loaded).

We are running Puppet 6 with Foreman 1.23.0.
