Foreman Client any architecture packages behind broken x86_64 assumption

Description
The foreman-client packages are any architecture, however the repo only exists for x86_64:
Foreman-client-release.rpm sets a repo referencing $basearch.
This means the foreman-client repo "never works" on anything except x86_64.
You can change $basearch in the foreman-client-release.rpm package to "x86_64", and the noarch tools will install on arm CentOS machines.

the real solution is presenting the repo as anyarch, or creating symlinks to x86_64 for each arch it could be.
