Description of problem:

katello-agent is going away in satellite 7.0 and deprecation warnings need to be added throughout the application for it

Things needing the warnings: Api, cli, and UI

In the UI, we'd need them on the content host details pages for package and errata actions, as well as for bulk package/errata actions
