Description

The expandable action menu in the new Content View table (at the end of the row) shows a text edit cursor instead of a pointer cursor. This seems like it could be an issue in patternfly 4, but more investigation is needed.

This issue is a follow up from https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/8644#discussion_r408953479
