Description

After it's merged, Katello Applicability will make a new dynflow task per content host. There is an overhead for creating a new task, so multiple hosts should be calculated per task. One idea would be to have a queue of hosts that need their applicabilities recalculated. A certain number of hosts on that queue would be calculated and then popped off the queue.
