Description

The foreman-proxy-content puppet module started as a way to combine all of the Katello specific deployment pieces together. This has diverged it from other smart-proxy plugins and handling of external services. In some cases, puppet-foreman_proxy_content and puppet-katello deploy the same service (e.g. pulp) in different ways.

Proposal

Break up puppet-foreman_proxy_content and move smart-proxy features into puppet-foreman_proxy that isn’t already
Combine deployment of services into a single place
