Description

Currently host_subscriptions macro https://github.com/Katello/katello/blob/01bce9d69919ec9e99fbcca43f74f1054100e0f9/app/lib/katello/concerns/base_template_scope_extensions.rb#L23 reports all subscriptions consumed by a system (both Red Hat subscriptions and Custom ones too).

But some users are interested to know consumption of Red Hat Subscriptions.
