During the performance testing, we are unable to sync docker images from the Katello server and we got the following error :

"undefined method `schema_version' for nil:NilClass."

Following is the testing summary:

• Sync 20 images
• only 14 got synced, 6 were stopped
• We have used this playbook for sync process - https://github.com/redhat-performance/satperf/blob/master/playbooks/tests/sync-docker.yaml
• Version - Katello 3.15 with pulp 3
