As a user, I want to be able to toggle SCA if I already have a manifest imported
need to see if this is possible
As a user, I want to understand why Subscription Status is 'Disabled' (tooltip)
As a user, I want to understand why Auto-Attach is 'Not applicable' (tooltip)
As a user, I want to see if SCA is enabled when looking at Organization details (and toggle it if possible)
As a user, I want to know where I can learn more about my overall subscription usage
