Autocomplete for search doesn't show "Operators" or other title rows on React pages

Description

In the new React pages (subscriptions, RH repos, labs/content_views), the search autocomplete doesn't show dividing titles such as "Operators". You can see this in the angular.png screenshot above the "not" and "has" lines, but not in the pf3.png one.

This is the same behavior for both patternfly 3 and 4 in the React pages.
