Description

The issue does not cause any problems, however we should clean up assets when unassigning policy from hosts.

Steps to reproduce:

1) ForemanOpenscap::Asset.all to check current assets
2) Assign a policy to a host
3) Unassign a policy from a host
4) repeat step 1, notice asset new asset is still present. Repeat steps 2 and 3 and observe asset count to grow.
