Add destructive process warning to foreman-installer

Description
The foreman-installer process is destructive to existing configurations on the server as documented here:
https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/8916
However the installer does not warn of this fact or allow the user to abort, this should be changed.
A simple "This installer will overwrite all existing configurations in [list of paths] are you sure you want to proceed? y/N" would do the trick of preventing nasty surprises.
