During smart proxy sync display the filter is set to "resource_id = 3 AND resource_type = SmartProxy", the tasks are displayed twice and Foreman Task id is set to "zero"

Description

While I was syncing Smart Proxy, I displayed the tasks via the Content Sync bar.
On the task list the filter is set to "resource_id = 3 AND resource_type = SmartProxy" and the tasks are displayed twice.
If you select one of the pending tasks and display it, an error message is displayed: "ForemanTasksTask not found Please try to update your request.
If you select the identical second task and display it, you get the same error message.
