Description

Certain larger (>1MB-ish for me) files are failing to upload through the UI only with the following Pulp 3 error:

Note: The user who first noticed this issue was seeing the problem for a 350KB zip file, but I had to use larger files to reproduce. This file should definitely make it fail: http://ipv4.download.thinkbroadband.com/100MB.zip
