Description

Setup:
  1. SmartProxy with synchronised deb-content
  2. SmartProxy lost some/all deb-packages in /var/lib/pulp/content

Problem: ReSync on SmartProxies-UI-page does not initiate re-download of deb-packages (neither 'Optimized' nor 'Complete' sync)
