After running any report template, editing a user redirects to report download page

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Monitor -> Report Templates
  2. Click Generate for any report
  3. Enter report inputs and click Submit - you are taken to report download page
  4. Navigate to any other page (I used Hardware Models)
  5. Go to your username in the upper right -> My Account
  6. Edit any field such as email address, etc. and click Submit
  7. Toast notification pops up indicating user updated successfully. But..

Actual outcome:
I am redirected to the report download page for the report I just ran, and the report downloads again.

Expected outcome:
I am redirected to the page I was on before (Hardware Models in this case) and I don't download any files twice.

I did the exact same steps on the latest version but I can't reproduce it. It may have been already fixed. Please let us know if you still see the same, I'm closing as resolved for now.
