Description

Since katello-agent is deprecated, should we be installing it by default?

Allowing for parameters to control when katello-agent, katello-host-tools, and katello-host-tracer-tools are installed would also be helpful as katello-agent is hard coded to be installed when kt_activation_keys parameter is passed as is the case when specifying an activation key in the host's host group.
