Users with assigned built-in "viewer" role cannot see the names of RPM configured in a CV filter

How reproducible:
1) create CV with admin user
2) create an inclusion yum filter of content type package
3) specify a few rpms to be included
4) create a new user with only role "viewer"
5) login with the new user and browse the filter inclusion packages
Actual results:
packages names are not shown
Expected results:
packages names are shown
