Description

The External IPAM plugin(https://github.com/grizzthedj/smart_proxy_ipam) implementation has been refactored to separate the API from provider implementations, and Netbox has been added as a new provider in a soon to be released version 0.1.0. As such, the data contract between Foreman and this plugin has been simplified.
