NIC type selection for vSphere

Description

At the current state Foreman creates vSphere VMs with the default fog NIC only, which is E1000.
Fog allows us to specifiy the network type but it has to be a RbVmomi class.
It would be good to add support more than this NIC, at least the new VMXNET 3.
