Hi Richard,
Was this an upgrade to 3.16 or a fresh install of 3.16?

Do you see a more full traceback in /var/log/messages or journalctl?

I'm actually not able to sync this repo at all with pulp2 or with pulp3. On pulp2 i get: IndexError: tuple index out of range . On pulp3 i get: 429, message='Too Many Requests', url=URL
I suspect that i'm hitting some connection limits on their server though. Richard, i'm curious if you adjust the 'Limit Sync tags' option to only sync 'latest', if it resolves it for you? The option is available at content > products > click a product > click a docker repo > "Limit Sync Tags".

- Status changed from Need more information to Rejected
- Triaged changed from No to Yes
This error is related to docker hub rate limiting as far as we can tell. Once we migrate to Pulp3 the error should make that more clear! With that in mind I'll close this out. Thanks for reporting
