Received below error while trying to check Puppet DB dashboard in foreman 1.19.1

Issues for PuppetDB plugin are tracked at https://github.com/theforeman/puppetdb_foreman/issues. Looks like this is https://github.com/theforeman/puppetdb_foreman/issues/51.
Please note that Foreman 1.19 is very old and out of support, you should plan upgrading to a supported version.
