Description

Description of problem: First Name and Last Name of user is not visible properly.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Version 2.3.0 RC1

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Foreman 2.3 instance with all languages.
2. Navigate to Content -> Sync Status.
3. Look at top right corner next to notification bell icon.

Actual results: Some white color box is showing over name.

Expected results: User's name should be seen properly.
