Description

Description of problem: On Content -> Module Streams page Search button string are not translated.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Version 2.3.0 RC1

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Foreman 2.3 instance with Chinese/Japanese language.
2. Navigate to Content -> Module Streams.
3. Look for Search button on same page.

Actual results: Un-localized string

Expected results: String should marked as translated.
