add filter to Sync Status page

Description
I would like to filter the Products/Repos that I want to manually sync. Without individually selecting each "* EL7 " or " x86_64 *" repo I want to sync.
- Category set to Repositories
- Target version set to Katello Backlog
- Triaged changed from No to Yes
It's unlikely that we will address this feature for the current page but in a future redesign it's a great idea. So I'll put this on the backlog so that we can implement it!
