Description of problem:

Content Hosts page does not show year for registered_at and last_check_in fields.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Till Sat 6.5 "year" was displayed. Since 6.6 year has been disappeared and only date and month is visible.

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to WebUI >> Hosts >> Content Hosts
2. Click on Host
3. For "Registered" and "Last Checkin" field "year" is missing, it only shows Month and day like "Nov 22, 08:07 PM".

It does not show year,

Expected results:

It should show the year. Below is the requirement elaborated by customer.

The registered date with the year gives the user information on how old the server is. The last check-in date with the year tells the user if it has checked in recently. Without it, the last check-in date could be years old. The user can't always assume it is the current year.
