Custom audit message, i.e a message that will appear on the audit page along with the other audit information for that change, is available for some specific changes (for example provision template changing). It would be great if this feature was available for all changes. It would also be great if this custom message was optionally mandatory, and that you could add a descriptive text to instruct users what type of information should go in the message.
