can't create a hostgroup with selected kickstart repository

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. sync down a kickstart repo
2. Add it to a cv and publish
3. attempt to create a host group with:

selected lifecycle env
selected CV
selected content source
selected arch
selected operating system

when creating the hostgroup, it will fail and cycle back to the creation page. But in the logs you'll see:

Failed to save: Base The selected kickstart repository is not part of the assigned content view, lifecycle environment,
