Store environment and configuration_version in puppet config reports

Description
These are available in the puppet report wire format, but currently the report processor doesn't extract them, (as Foreman doesn't support them itself)
Even if these were initially only accessible via the API, it would be useful.
(I've had a situation where I wanted to know what environment all hosts were in 24hrs ago)
It'd be nice to get this added as part of https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/31142
