Unable to create repositories in Pulp 3 mode with Firefox as the browser - username : This field may not be blank.

1. Setup Satellite 6.9 with Pulp 3 mode
2. Attempt to create a yum repository, get stuck with error:
Error message: the server returns an error
HTTP status code: 400
