Some platforms do not have VNC/Spice and virtual terminal is the only option. We need to implement it the same way as Cockpit Project does. This will be also helpful for Intel platforms, Linux can be easily configured to connect to serial console. Copy and paste should work and it should be also faster than graphical console.

This should be done in a way that other Compute Resources could implement it as well.
