Description

Cloned from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1893412

Description of problem:

Right now the "Capsule Upgrade Playbook" , straight away performs the basic upgrade related steps and once the "satellite-maintain upgrade run" is completed, that will be the end of the job.

Requesting to include few additional tasks.

1. After the "upgrade run" step, one more task should be there to check for latest installed kernel and also to detect running kernel.
2. If latest installed kernel is not equal to running kernel then, stop capsule services and reboot the capsule server.
3. Wait for the server to come back up and then verify the health of capsule services with "satellite-maintain service status -b" command execution.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Satellite\Capsule 6.8.0

Additional Notes:

Intention here is to remove the manual efforts to login to each capsule and then reboot them if required.
